Founder and Director of Russell Education, David has been working since 2005 to help students and tutors improve their abilities and confidence. Previously, he was an English teacher and department head at Beaver Country Day School. David has degrees in English from Amherst College and Tufts University, but he spent most of his 20’s in the worlds of theater and dance. David has taught students of all ages, from early elementary to college-level. He brings his love of language, learning, and life to all of his work, be it individual sessions with students, meetings with families, or presentations to groups.
